Great hat but very slow shipping

I purchased the Richardson umpqua Rope hats for a team golf event and I’m very pleased with the purchase. The hard came in a reasonable timeline, they were packaged and shipped neatly. Happy customer here.

Good quality hats

Love these hats have them in many colors last a good while and clean easy

I wear a 7 5/8 or 7 3/4 fitted and this hat barely works on the last snap. Pretty consistent with Richardson's truckers. Really nice hat otherwise, wish it didn't look dumb on my head.

I had a patch sewn on the front and it looks awesome. White is tough to keep clean but the hat is great. Just deep enough

I was surprised to find this hat was a pretty unstructured, nylon-ish, outdoorsy material. I'd hoped it would be a stiffer cotton twill. I don't know if Richardson changed the design of this hat, or if the other hats I have that I thought were Umpquas actually aren't.I got a black one to wear as part of a work uniform, and I've been disappointed to find that it's kind of slouchy and not as "crisp" looking as I'd hoped. I wore it for a week mostly outdoors in Arizona and it's already starting to fade.However, I also got a grey one because I thought the price was right, and I've been wearing it on runs and hikes. So far, it's been a great hat for that purpose-lightweight, quick to dry, easy to pack.
