Shipping policy

Free shipping, every order.

All orders ship free. No surcharges, no fuel fees, no "free over $X" thresholds — just our standard $300 order minimum.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States. We are not shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time. If you need one of those, email sales@thpwholesale.com and we'll see what we can work out.

HOW FAST
Orders typically leave our warehouses within 24 hours of being placed. Transit time depends on your distance from the fulfilling warehouse, generally 2-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

TRACKING
You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your label is created. If you haven't seen it within 2 business days, check your spam folder, then email us.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Large orders may ship from more than one warehouse and arrive in separate deliveries. You'll receive tracking for each. There is no additional charge for this.

DAMAGED OR MISSING SHIPMENTS
Contact us within 5 business days of delivery at sales@thpwholesale.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We'll make it right.
