Well when I tell you that The Hat Pros is an awesome place to pick up great hats you can believe me or not but let me tell you something that proves it. I was sent the wrong size hat in this Dark Navy Color. That was the first time that I had ever needed to contact Customer service about. Not only were they courteous and awesome when I wrote to them, they also contacted me personally to offer their apology that my order was incorrect they also sent me the right sized cap. Also they told me to keep the wrong sized cap and the correct cap was sent to me without any shipping cost. It does not get any better than that.
