Flexfit 110 Mesh — stretch fit and adjustable, in one cap
Every other cap makes you choose. A fitted cap gives you the clean look and the comfortable stretch band, but you have to order sizes. A snapback gives you one-size flexibility, but you get a plastic strap and a gap at the back of your head.
The 110 does both. Flexfit's stretch band is built into the crown, and there's an adjustable snap closure on top of it. The band does the fitting, the snap handles the range — which is why Flexfit calls it one-size-fits-ten-sizes and why the stated range runs 6½″ all the way to 7⅞″. For a group order that means no size spread to forecast and no one left out at either end.
Six panels, hard buckram, fully structured with a 3½″ mid-profile crown. Permacurv bill with silver underbill and eight rows of stitching. Mesh back for airflow. 74% polyester / 26% cotton.
Three versions on this page
110M — solid. Single color throughout. Black, Navy, Red, White, Charcoal, Khaki, Silver, Caramel, Dark Heather.
110MT — two-tone. Contrasting crown and mesh, eighteen combinations including Heather/Black, Charcoal/White, Coyote Brown/Khaki, Olive/Khaki, Melange Silver/White.
110MRC — Realtree camo. Licensed Realtree in EDGE/Brown, MAX-7/Brown, and Original.

Flexfit is currently shipping mixed stock on the snap closure, and the strap shape can vary between production runs for a period of time. It doesn't affect fit or function, but if you're decorating a large order where every cap needs to look identical on the shelf, order in one batch rather than splitting across weeks. Decorating
Structured hard buckram front is the easy part — this cap takes embroidery, patches, labels, and transfers without fuss.
Two things to plan around. On the two-tone colorways, keep artwork on the crown and off the seam where the colors meet, or the design fights the color break. On the Realtree versions, a patch generally reads better than direct stitch, and note that licensed camo may carry Realtree's own brand mark on the cap — if a customer needs a fully unbranded blank, choose a solid or two-tone instead.
